Academic Advancement Support

At Usui International School, as part of our academic guidance, we organize events such as admission briefings, university tours, and interactions with university students. These activities aim to deepen students' interest in higher education and motivate them to pursue their academic goals.

Admission Briefing

The admission briefing held at the school provides general information on topics related to higher education, including the differences between vocational schools and universities/graduate schools, the benefits of pursuing university/graduate studies, the types of faculties and graduate programs available, methods for gathering school information, and how to choose a school. During the briefing, foreign staff members also share their personal experiences as seniors, offering insights into their own preparation for higher education and their methods for studying Japanese.

Campus Tour

During the university tour, students visit campus facilities such as the library and cafeteria, experience a class, and participate in interactions with university students. Through these events, international students are able to form a clearer image of university life in Japan, which further boosts their motivation to pursue higher education.

Our school actively organizes various events to provide international students with opportunities to communicate with university students. These events are not limited to in-person meetings, but also include online interactions. Through these exchanges, students gain an understanding of what university life in Japan is like from the perspective of Japanese university students of the same age. Additionally, they can learn not only about Japanese universities, but also about the preferences and thoughts of their Japanese peers.
